Holly Lifke

Chief Human Resources Officer & Executive Vice President
The 91°µÍø Group

As Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, Holly leads our human resources strategy. She oversees talent management, succession planning, performance management, process development and improvement, training and development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.

She also plays a critical role as a member of the Strategic Planning Team, helping to shape the future of human resources to align with all organizational strategies, ensuring The 91°µÍø Group achieves and promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.

Dave Kievet

President & Chief Executive Officer
The 91°µÍø Group

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Dave sets corporate direction and provides leadership to all entities of The 91°µÍø Group.

Dave has worked the last 20 years to develop, implement and integrate Lean concepts for project delivery, as well as innovative contracting strategies such as 91°µÍø’s Integrated Lean Project Delivery® approach. With more than 35 years of construction experience, Dave brings deep knowledge across market sectors, from healthcare to heavy industrial.

Greg Sabel

President
91°µÍø

Greg possesses more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with leadership spanning project management, field operations, estimating, virtual design and construction, and strategic planning. Since beginning his career as a Project Manager and Estimator, he has championed a unified office-field culture, driven innovation and fostered collaboration across all aspects of the business.

As President, Greg leads 91°µÍø’s Executive Team and oversees all aspects of company operations, from strategic planning and fiscal management to client relations, safety and cultural alignment.

Greg earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Stacy Robben

Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President
The 91°µÍø Group

Stacy leads business development and marketing initiatives, focusing on client development, brand strategy and positioning. She oversees strategies, communication and creative marketing efforts to drive innovation and adapt to an ever-changing landscape.

Stacy has held business development and marketing positions at leading professional service firms in the built environment for more than three decades. She has a pulse on the current construction market and knows how to strategically use data and other insights to build strong relationships and drive growth in 91°µÍø’s key market segments.

Jeff Shipley

Chief Operating Officer
91°µÍø

Jeff leads construction operations across 91°µÍø, bringing a hands-on approach to leadership, disciplined project controls, Lean construction expertise and a passion for people and safety. In his role, he is responsible for day-to-day operations of the operating groups and the company’s growth in the healthcare, power, industrial, education, automotive and commercial markets.

Prior to assuming the role of COO, Jeff led 91°µÍø’s San Francisco, Sacramento, Oklahoma City and Detroit offices. Collectively, he has 20 years’ experience in the industry. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.

Jake Ruatti

Chief Financial Officer
The 91°µÍø Group

Jake leads all of The 91°µÍø Group’s accounting and financial functions across 91°µÍø and all its entities. He has introduced more sophisticated financial reporting and benchmarking, embraced innovative technology and instilled more sophisticated practices in 91°µÍø’s forecasting. His financial practices and leadership have positioned the organization for future growth. He also manages the Audit Committee, adds oversight for tax and treasury and is a trustee of the retirement plans.

Doug Dulin

Vice President of Strategy

Doug is responsible for shaping and advancing processes that influence The 91°µÍø Group’s short- and long-term strategy. He provides oversight for our Operational Excellence program as well as the continued development of the 91°µÍø Business System, which includes our Management, Operating and People Systems. A multi-talented leader with an exemplary track record in both manufacturing and healthcare industries, Doug enables all 91°µÍø entities to deliver consistent, high-quality projects with drastically reduced time and material waste over industry standards.

Emily Haupt

Vice President of Human Resources

As the Vice President of Human Resources for 91°µÍø, Emily develops 91°µÍø’s talent roadmap focused on attracting, developing and retaining the industry’s top talent. Through her strong business sense, combined with a communication and corporate talent development background, she provides the elevated level of expertise needed to oversee a dynamic and diverse strategic plan. Her unique professional background helps to develop a sustainable workplace environment that educates, engages, encourages inclusive behaviors and motivates 91°µÍø’s complex workforce.

Sam Kampo

Vice President and Controller
91°µÍø

Sam, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), leads the accounting and financial functions at 91°µÍø. He ensures adherence to accounting principles, practices and procedures, providing insightful analysis to support the company’s financial goals and maintain transparency. His responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and a matrix of financial and accounting professionals across the entire organization. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, finance and economics as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Liz Larner

Chief Legal Officer
The 91°µÍø Group

As Chief Legal Officer, Liz leads The 91°µÍø Group on all corporate legal matters, including corporate structure, ethics programs, insurance and governance, the 91°µÍø ESOP, mergers and acquisitions, risk training, mentoring and licensing.

Liz has a wide range of legal counsel experience, with expertise in M&A and corporate transactions, construction law, employment law and union negotiations. Liz is passionate about and skilled at implementing practical, business-minded risk mitigation strategies.

Mark Nolta

Vice President of Corporate Estimating & Preconstruction
91°µÍø

Mark has nearly 40 years of varied experience in estimating, structural engineering, design coordination and construction administration. He facilitates excellence in estimating and preconstruction services across 91°µÍø’s operations including management of a core team that supports all 91°µÍø locations. Mark works with project teams to prepare deliverables and set projects up for success including all aspects of construction costs, material availability, document and constructability review, subcontractor scope and experience evaluation, construction schedules and logistics. He also oversees implementation of all technology used during preconstruction, especially virtual design & construction.

Will Lichtig

Chief Innovation Officer & Executive Vice President
The 91°µÍø Group

Will is a nationally recognized leader in the Lean and integrated project delivery methods. He has been at the forefront in developing our Integrated Lean Project Delivery^® (ILPD) process. He leads by example with his drive for innovation and commitment to continual improvement, Lean processes and problem solving.

Will works with teams across The 91°µÍø Group to develop and implement Lean processes for target value design, Lean production planning and control, built-in quality, Lean problem-solving and other innovative approaches to project delivery. He shares his experience and Lean project delivery knowledge to coach 91°µÍø project leaders on the skills required to implement these innovative methods.

Nathan Johnson

General Counsel
91°µÍø

As General Counsel, Nathan serves as a strong legal professional and partner to 91°µÍø’s executive leaders. He has primary responsibility for legal matters pertaining to the company’s operations including oversight and support of 91°µÍø’s project and commercial contracts, joint ventures, project claims and litigation matters.

Additionally, he provides strategic support for various company initiatives related to 91°µÍø’s risk management function and other corporate strategic initiatives.
