Greg Sabel

President
91°µÍø

Greg brings nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with leadership spanning project management, field operations, estimating, virtual design and construction, and strategic planning. Since beginning his career as a Project Manager and Estimator, he has championed a unified office-field culture, driven innovation and fostered collaboration across all aspects of the business.

As President, Greg leads 91°µÍø’s Executive Team and oversees all aspects of company operations—from strategic planning and financial management to client relations, safety and cultural alignment.

Greg earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Karen Carr

Director of Business Development

Based in 91°µÍø’s Sacramento office, Karen works to develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners and suppliers in the greater Sacramento area. The entirety of Karen’s 25+-year career has been in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, covering the construction management, engineering and architectural spheres. This diversity of experience gives her unique insight into the needs of 91°µÍø’s clients.

Jason Hale

Director of Architecture and Design

As a veteran designer with nearly three decades of experience, Jason has a deep understanding of how the design of our clients’ facilities helps to support their operations and goals. As the leader of 91°µÍø’s internal architecture and design group, Jason leverages his unique blend of design and construction expertise across a wide variety of commercial, healthcare, educational and industrial projects to deliver efficient, innovative, sustainable and constructible design solutions.

Jeff Shipley

Chief Operating Officer

Jeff leads construction operations across 91°µÍø, bringing a hands-on approach to leadership, disciplined project controls, Lean construction expertise and a passion for people and safety. He serves in an integral role at 91°µÍø as the company continues to grow its footprint in the healthcare, power, industrial, education, automotive and commercial markets.

Prior to assuming the role of COO, Shipley led 91°µÍø’s San Francisco, Sacramento, Oklahoma City and Detroit offices. Collectively, he has nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry. A native of Edmond, Okla., Shipley earned a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.

David Thomack

President—Western Operations

David is a 30-year veteran of the construction industry who joined 91°µÍø in 2005 and now serves as President of Western Operations. David has led successful transformational projects for owners across the country—including CPMC/Sutter Health, San Francisco Airport, the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Sacred Heart/St. Mary’s Health System. His construction background includes commercial, public sector, healthcare, aviation, and science and technology.

David’s experience with operational excellence, strategic visioning, process implementation and Integrated Lean Project Delivery^® has made him a leader in creating and managing successful, collaborative teams in the construction industry.

John Heck

John leads 91°µÍø’s National Power and Industrial division, overseeing operations for some of our most technical and specialized projects, nationwide. With more than 35+ years of experience with 91°µÍø, John brings a depth and diversity of experience in construction, and a strong reputation for promoting internal continuous improvement and achieving consistent client satisfaction.

Dale Lewis

Director of Data Centers

Based in 91°µÍø’s Waukesha office, Dale leads data center business development efforts across the company, a strategic role focused on driving project development and expanding 91°µÍø’s presence in this dynamic sector. In addition, he identifies partnerships with owners and trade partners to drive value, oversees preconstruction services and ensures project teams are set up for success.ÌýÌýÌý

Dale leads the team with extensive experience in multi-billion-dollar mission-critical projects, supporting growing data and technological needs, as well as more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings expertise in leadership, market trends, delivery models and high-stakes projects. His role is instrumental in advancing innovative, reliable and client-focused solutions in the mission-critical space.Ìý

Sam Kampo

Vice President and Controller

Sam, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), leads the accounting and financial functions at 91°µÍø. He ensures adherence to accounting principles, practices and procedures, providing insightful analysis to support the company’s financial goals and maintain transparency. His responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and a matrix of financial and accounting professionals across the entire organization. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with and emphasis in accounting, finance and economics as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Scott Clark

As Vice President of Business Development for 91°µÍø’s National Power and Industrial group, Scott is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of national sales and marketing activities within the industrial, power and manufacturing sectors. As part of the 91°µÍø leadership team since 2005, Scott possesses a unique understanding of the business side of construction and design. His expertise includes the exploration and development of key-market growth strategies and understanding emerging technologies as they relate to 91°µÍø clients and their opportunities. Through Scott’s involvement in various industry market sector groups he has developed a keen awareness of owner advocacy issues.

Mark Nolta

Vice President of Corporate Estimating & Preconstruction
91°µÍø

Mark joined 91°µÍø as Vice President of Corporate Estimating and Preconstruction with 36 years of varied experience in estimating, structural engineering, design coordination, and construction administration. In his current role, he facilitates excellence in estimating and preconstruction services across 91°µÍø’s operations.  This includes management of a core team of individuals ready to support all Operating Groups.  Mark works with project teams to prepare the deliverables required to set projects up for success. This includes all aspects of construction costs, material availability, document and constructability review, subcontractor scope and experience evaluation, construction schedules and logistics.  He also oversees implementation of all technology used during Preconstruction, especially VDC.

Kerry Beck

Most recently, Kerry served as the Director Employer Business Development for a top-ranked healthcare management services firm.

Randy Nance

Randy manages the construction operations for 91°µÍø’s Oklahoma City office where he leads efforts to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth strategies.

Randy brings over 35 years of leadership and expertise in the construction industry to 91°µÍø. As a Design-Build Institute of America Certified Professional with a bachelor’s degree in construction management technology, Randy has experience in healthcare, biomedical, education and a plethora of other markets.

His acumen in construction and advocacy in the Oklahoma City community makes him a valuable member to 91°µÍø’s leadership team.

Linda Rosati

Linda builds and services relationships in automotive and industrial markets nationwide. Her expertise is in selling and influencing large-scale construction projects that use collaborative delivery methods.

For 25+ years, Linda has been involved in many facets of automotive manufacturing, which gives her a deep understanding of clients’ needs. From metal stamping and the body shop to powertrain operations, Linda knows the ins and outs of an automotive plant. Her inquisitive nature and passion for research, coupled with her training and experience in lean manufacturing, gives her an in-road to the new automotive technology space, where she is building new relationships in an ever-expanding market.

Mark Miller

With a foundation in civil engineering and construction management, Mark’s expertise encompasses a wide range of market sectors including dam removals, environmental contamination sites, river restoration, and general contracting for recreational, retail, commercial and institutional facilities. The last decade of his career has been dedicated to the energy sector including transmission/distribution electrical systems, wind farm and solar construction. At 91°µÍø, Mark’s vision aligns with promoting sustainable energy solutions, championing the transition to EV, biogas, and hydrogen technologies.

Cody Mosley

Based in 91°µÍø’s Oklahoma office, Cody’s work centers around creating strategic partnerships and attracting new investment opportunities in and around Oklahoma. His strong background in economic development provides critical insight into a number of client industries. He is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) and has maintained roles in municipal government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. He believes 91°µÍø’s future in OKC includes supporting the growing aerospace and biotech sectors. Cody is always on the hunt for data that supports business development efforts and innovative design techniques that deliver client success.

Brian Brantmeier

Executive Director of Engineering

Brian brings more than 30 years of mechanical engineering experience across commercial, industrial, educational and institutional markets to his role at 91°µÍø. His extensive knowledge of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system design is complemented by practical field expertise. Since joining 91°µÍø in 2013, Brian has risen to the position of executive director of engineering, leading the internal engineering group. In this role, he leverages his expertise to oversee engineering projects, drive initiatives, coordinate efforts and implement innovative solutions.

Jason Krueger

Jason leads the operations for 91°µÍø’s Minnesota offices in Rochester, Minneapolis and Cloquet as well as its Eau Claire ,Wis. office. He is a seasoned veteran of the construction industry, with an established track record of managing large, complex projects in diverse sectors, from healthcare to heavy industrial. Jason has played a key role in 91°µÍø’s introduction to the highly specialized proton therapy market, establishing 91°µÍø as a national leader in proton therapy equipment installation.

Steve Lind

As Vice President and General Manager for 91°µÍø’s western operations, Steve is responsible for the financial success and growth strategies of our Sacramento and San Francisco offices. Since joining 91°µÍø in 2006, Steve has held a variety of roles, with including financial management for large, complex projects in the healthcare, higher education, commercial and industrial market sectors. His experience with process implementation and integrated project delivery has made him a leader in establishing successful collaborative teams.

Rob Branyan

Vice President of Labor Relations

As Vice President of Labor Relations, Rob directly supervises all aspects of 91°µÍø’s labor relations program including planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing labor relations policies and procedures, which include negotiating contracts and achieving bargaining goals. As a strategic business partner for union and workforce development, Rob leads diverse craft staffing initiatives and provides creative solutions where labor relations shortages and challenges exist. Rob’s experience comes from three decades of collective bargaining on both the contractor and union side as well as previously holding numerous Union positions.

John Huggett

Nathan Johnson

General Counsel

As General Counsel, Nathan has primary responsibility for legal matters pertaining to the company’s operations including oversight and support of 91°µÍø’s project and commercial contracts, joint ventures, project claims, and litigation matters.

Additionally, he will provide strategic support on various company initiatives related to 91°µÍø’s risk management function and other corporate strategic initiatives.
