As President, Greg leads 91°µÍøâ€™s Executive Team and oversees all aspects of company operations—from strategic planning and financial management to client relations, safety and cultural alignment.
Greg earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Prior to assuming the role of COO, Shipley led 91°µÍøâ€™s San Francisco, Sacramento, Oklahoma City and Detroit offices. Collectively, he has nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry. A native of Edmond, Okla., Shipley earned a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.

In his current role, he facilitates excellence in estimating and preconstruction services across 91°µÍøâ€™s operations.  This includes management of a core team of individuals ready to support all Operating Groups.  Mark works with project teams to prepare the deliverables required to set projects up for success. This includes all aspects of construction costs, material availability, document and constructability review, subcontractor scope and experience evaluation, construction schedules and logistics.  He also oversees implementation of all technology used during Preconstruction, especially VDC.
